HOW IT WORKS

SELLER INSTRUCTIONS
1. HANG IT
All clothing must arrive on your own coat hangers, ready to display.
Please label your hangers if you would like them returned.
2. PRICE IT
Every item must have a clearly visible price tag.
3. LABEL IT
Your initials must be clearly written on each price tag so we can track your sales.
4. PRESENT IT
All clothing must be clean, fresh and in great condition, ready for its next owner!
5. LEAVE THE REST TO US!
Once your rack is set up, we'll take care of the rest. It's that simple!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Clothing must be dropped off the day before the pop up commences

Unsold clothing and hangers must be collected at the end of your allocated period.

Your final payout will be calculated and sent through within 48 hours of the pop up shop finishing.

We want your garments to last and keep their original look and feel. Below you’ll find details about the materials we use and simple care instructions to help you enjoy your pieces for years to come.
Materials
Cotton
- Natural and breathable fiber.
- Soft to the touch, ideal for everyday wear.
- Sustainably sourced whenever possible.
Linen
- Lightweight and highly absorbent.
- Perfect for warm weather thanks to its cooling effect.
- Naturally textured for a relaxed look.
Wool
- Warm, resilient, and durable.
- Regulates temperature, keeping you comfortable year-round.
- Often blended for extra softness and longevity.
Synthetic Fibers (Polyester, Elastane, etc.)
- Provide stretch, shape retention, and durability.
- Used in blends to enhance comfort and performance.
Care Instructions
Washing: Always check the care label. Wash similar colors together. Use gentle detergents to extend garment life.
Drying: Prefer air drying to maintain shape and reduce energy use. Avoid high heat in tumble dryers.
Ironing: Iron on the recommended setting for the fabric type. Use steam for linen and cotton if needed.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Fold knitwear; hang structured items to keep their shape.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Megastore Theme is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Items
Megastore Theme is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
